  • Maria Gironas

    Interim General Manager

    Maria Gironas (they/them), Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree, is an entertainment and technology executive who has followed two north stars throughout their career: elevating marginalized communities and empowering creatives to embrace technology. They continue these missions through their own company – Cool Shit, Cool People – working on artist development, talent relations, and integrated marketing for clients like Wide Eyed Entertainment, Good Party, Showcase, ShowUp, and more. Beyond their work, they are the Global Chair of Diversity & Inclusion at Women In Music where they work to create sustainable change for women in music at all stages of their careers.

  • Meg Porter

    Regional Project Manager (L.A.)

    With an extensive creative background and a Bachelor's degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music, Meg Porter (she/her) has worked at the intersection of music, events, and marketing, supporting many leading music companies and brands in the LA area, including Warner Brothers, Universal Music Group, Sony Music, Whole Foods Market, CBRE, The Dodgers, The National MS Society, Community Reboot led by Maria Egan (Head of Global Music @ Riot Games), Berklee Alumni Affairs, InsightLA Meditation, Atlantic Records, Kobalt Music Publishing, and more. Meg is passionate about singing, recording new music, holistic health and wellness, meditation, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Meg is honored to help further the inspiring Keychange mission.

  • Marie Fol

    Keychange Lead & U.S. Liaison

    Working at the intersection of social justice and international cooperation, Marie Fol (she/her) leads Keychange, the global movement for gender equity in the music industry. In this role, Fol oversees strategy and programs in Europe and North America, works closely with public and private stakeholders as well as develops new partnerships on global scale.

    In parallel, she advocates for fair international collaboration by facilitating high level conversations, conducting research and engaging pro-actively with networks such as Res Artis and On the Move.
