MOYANA (she/her) is passionate about making music that makes a difference. Her music is rooted in R&B, jazz, and soul. Her work has been featured by Best Buy, These Days Magazine, Harvard Art Museums, and GLAAD. Her awards include the Black Music Action Coalition’s Victoria Monet x Music Maker Grant, the CITIBank LGBTQ+ Emerging Artist Award, the Recording Academy Quinn Coleman Scholarship, and the John Walt Foundation Young Artist Scholarship. Her performance highlights include Navy Pier, Beat Kitchen, City Winery Chicago, Schubas Tavern, Rockwood Music Hall, and the 50th annual Dillo Day.
